Spring is a great time to clean closets and get rid of what you do not need. Clearing your mind is important too! We must stop and take time to remove mental clutter so we can continue to move toward our goals.
A walk outside, yoga or meditation all help. Of course diffusing your favorite oils helps with mental clarity as well.
Once you have cleared the mental clutter it is time to sit down with your calendar! We are already 1/3 through 2017- are you on track with your personal and professional goals?
I have found that working with a coach and an accountability partner has helped me to stay on track. Finding the right person or program for you is key, so do your research, ask for referrals and go for it!
