Pumpkin & Apple Everything!

We love Autumn!! Living in the great state of Minnesota this time of year represents a great abundance of delicious treats!  Pretty Pumpkins & Lovely Apples everywhere!

The  University of Minnesota Landscape Arborateum is the home of a renowned apple breeding program that has given birth to many new varieties in recent years- a wide variety of colors green, gold and every shade of crimson. The degrees of flavor range from tart to sweet. We love the new SnowSweet! Try them chopped drizzled with warm honey and a couple of drops of Young Livings Cinnamon Bark oil. Add whipped sweet cream and some toasted pecans for a sweet yet healthy desert!

Speaking of Cinnamon Bark oil, it is a fantastic addition to many fall recipes especially those involving apples & pumpkins. Try diffusing it along with a drop or two of Nutmeg Essential oil to give your home the rich aroma of Autumn. Try a drop in your favorite tea or latte soon!
